Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at billiesadvent@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

We will review the request and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate. A damaged or defective item does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders

BilliesGifts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
